You will notice Bear hangs out in most of the stories on the blog. Bear was born late 2011 and I pulled him from a local shelter when he was approximately a month old.
He is the inspiration for the Bear stories and except for the actual words, he gets into all of the situations I write about. He started out as a foster and in normal Bear fashion, managed to not only steal my heart but become ingrained with the rest of my pack, a feat none of the 9 other fosters had managed.
In the year he has lived here Bear has learned how to open doors and he has learned to lock doors, and any stories about blankets or pillows are sure to entertain.
